Servite approached PJHM to conceptualize a long-term master plan for their high school campus in Anaheim, California. Founded in 1961, Servite had slowly outgrown their current facilities, and multiple small scale modernizations had left the campus disengaged and insufficiently equipped. Three phases were proposed, consisting of innovative approaches to space conservation and density. Strategies such as lifting sporting fields above parking, sky bridges that connect the entire campus, and a redefined central courtyard provided unity and much needed expansion space. A new main entrance, administration and performing arts center are planned for the final phase.
